I am passionate about combining my knowledge of food with my love for the discovery of new, unique ingredients. I use this comprehensive skill to create a menu that is not only custom to your event, but further supports its goal by providing food that effectively aligns with your event vision and mission.

The flowers adorning your plate serve a far greater purpose than to simply visually amaze, although they certainly are a site to behold. Each flower has been intentionally chosen to serve a deeper purpose; a purpose to nurture and cultivate your body as well as delight your palate.

We’ll learn all about these gorgeous flowers and how to use them in drinks as well as food. But it doesn’t stop at making a dish colourful and pretty! The Butterfly pea flower, or Clitoria Ternatea, has been used in Ayurveda for centuries for its many therapeutic benefits. From supporting our immune system to boosting our cognitive function and memory, it is seriously a superflower! It has a powerful calming effect and we will talk about how to incorporate it into a soothing evening routine to promote a restful night’s sleep. We will do a fresh flower tasting and then together we will create a Gram-worthy colour changing cocktail with a butterfly pea infusion.

There will be light floral bites offered throughout the workshop, everyone gets organic, locally grown Butterfly Pea flowers to take home and explore even more! Space is limited so don’t procrastinate!

As an intuitively creative chef, Bee marries her passion for fresh, local food with dishes that are as beautiful as they are delicious.

Throughout her 25 years as a restaurant proprietor, event caterer and accomplished chef, Bee has accumulated a wealth of experience and knowledge that she enthusiastically contributes to each dish she creates.
